  • Chat Messages – Temporarily stored in your browser’s sessionStorage and used to generate the CV.
  • WebSocket Communications – Used to facilitate real-time chat with the AI.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Process your CV request and generate a professional CV.
  • Send the final CV to your email upon successful payment.
  • Maintain a seamless real-time chat experience.
  • Ensure security and prevent abuse of the service.

We do not permanently store your data beyond the active session, except for email addresses which are retained for one year after the last contact. We do not use your information for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Retention

  • Chat messages and CV content are temporarily stored in your browser’s sessionStorage and are lost when you close the browser.
  • No persistent database storage is used for personal data.
  • Email addresses are stored for up to one year following the last contact initiated by the user.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for hosting and functionality, including:

  • Railway – Backend hosting provider.
  • Unsplash – For stock images used within the service.
  • Generative AI Service Provider – We may share collected information with our generative AI service provider partner(s) that has zero data retention policies. As of last edit date of this document OpenAI is the sole AI services provider we utilize.
  • Stripe – For secure payment processing services.

Immediate personally identifiable information such as your name and contact information will not be shared with any third parties.

  • Error Handling & Logging – Detects and mitigates service disruptions.

  • No Login System – Users access the service on a session basis without creating an account.
  • No Permanent Data Retention – Except for email addresses, which are stored for up to one year.
  • No Data Export Feature – Since no data is stored, we do not offer a data export function.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We do not use cookies or tracking technologies to monitor users. Session data is stored locally within your browser during your interaction with the chatbot.

8. Payment Processing

Our service requires a one-time payment for CV generation. We rely on a third-party payment processor to handle transactions securely. We do not store payment information.
