1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Our Service allows users to generate CVs using AI-powered chat interactions. The CV is provided as a PDF file via email upon successful payment. No user accounts are required, and all data is stored temporarily for session-based access.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information for CV generation.
  • Use the Service solely for personal and lawful purposes.
  • Not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or misuse the AI system.
  • Not upload or transmit harmful content, including viruses or malicious software.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

  • The Service requires a one-time payment before delivering the generated CV.
  • Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, İyzico), and we do not store any payment information.
  • All transactions are final. Refunds are only provided in cases of service failure where we are unable to deliver the CV.

5. Data Handling & Privacy

  • We collect and process limited personal information, as described in our [Privacy Policy].
  • Chat messages and CV content are stored temporarily within sessionStorage and deleted after the session ends.
  • Email addresses are retained for up to one year following the last user-initiated contact.
  • We may share collected data with our AI service provider partner(s) with zero data retention policies, but personally identifiable information will not be shared with third parties.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • The AI-generated CVs are provided for your personal use only. You do not have the right to resell or distribute them commercially.
  • We retain all rights to the underlying AI technology, platform design, and content generated within the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We strive to provide accurate and reliable CV generation, but we do not guarantee that the output will meet every user’s expectations or industry-specific requirements.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damages resulting from reliance on the generated CVs.
  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of misuse, security concerns, or legal requirements.
